To make your journey as smooth as possible, here's everything you need to get from wherever you are in the world to the Eko Convention Centre this October.
Visa & Entry
Nigeria operates a fully digital eVisa system. All international visitors (except ECOWAS citizens) must have an approved visa prior to departure. Visa on Arrival has been discontinued.
eVisa Application
Select Business (Single Entry) category. Approval is typically sent by email within 24–48 hours. Print approval and invitation letter and carry them with you. Apply 2–3 weeks before travel.

ECOWAS Citizens
No visa required for ECOWAS member state citizens with a valid national passport or ECOWAS travel document.
Yellow Fever Certificate
A valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate (or Digital e-Yellow Card) is mandatory for entry. Must be administered at least 10 days prior to travel.
Recommended Health Kit
Malaria medication, Hepatitis A/B, Typhoid vaccines, insect repellent, sunscreen, oral rehydration salts, hand sanitizer, face masks and personal prescriptions.
Flights & Suitcase Checklist
Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS) is your primary gateway. Tropical climate (~31°C / 88°F in October).

🧳 Packing Must-Haves
Breathable cottons, umbrella, Type D/G plug adapters, portable power bank, and AirTags for checked bags, label bags clearly and place valuables in carry-on luggage.
Arrival Flow at Lagos (LOS)
Allow 45–90 minutes for the full arrival process. Best arrival windows are 10:00 AM–3:00 PM or after 8:00 PM, to avoid Lagos rush hour.
Present Yellow Fever card first.
Present passport, printed eVisa & invitation letter.
Keep luggage receipt handy for exit check.
Declare any items as required. Final security check before exit.
