Ministry of ICT Rwanda backs Inspire Africa Conference, advancing goal to empower 100K Product Leaders across Africa over the next 5 years.
The Inspire Africa Conference is proud to announce the Ministry of ICT and Innovation in Rwanda as a strategic partner for the 2025 edition of the conference, which will spotlight Africa’s most innovative thinkers, builders, and visionaries in the product, technology, and startup space.
Taking place in Kigali, Rwanda, the Inspire Africa Conference 2025 will convene the continent’s most innovative thinkers, builders, and visionaries in the product, technology, and startup space.
Under the theme “Product x AI x Africa,” the conference will explore how African-led innovation and artificial intelligence are shaping the next generation of digital solutions for the continent. Kigali, a rising epicenter of tech and innovation, is the ideal host city. Its fast-growing digital ecosystem, government-backed innovation agenda, and ambitious vision to become Africa’s leading technology hub make it a natural home for this bold conversation. The Ministry’s involvement reflects Rwanda’s deep commitment to fostering pan-African collaboration and supporting homegrown ideas with global potential.

Inspire Africa Conference 2025 is expected to host over 1,000 attendees over the course of the four-day event, including product managers, technologists, founders, investors, and policymakers. The event will feature keynote sessions, panels, workshops, product masterclasses, and curated networking opportunities.
